A. Kabevision – KBVISION Warranty

I. Warranty Period

Mounting Brackets & Central Power Supplies 6 months

II. Warranty Terms : 

Products are eligible for free warranty service if:

  • They are within the warranty period.
  • The warranty label or barcode remains intact.
  • The defect is confirmed to be caused by manufacturing faults.

III. Warranty does not apply to products that:

  • Are out of warranty.
  • Have been disassembled or repaired without authorization.
  • Are damaged by impact, dropping, water, moisture, rust, insects, fire, natural disasters, or incorrect power supply.
  • Show physical damage such as broken CPU pins, cracked hard drives, oxidized circuit boards, or missing product markings.
  • Have missing, altered, or damaged warranty labels.
  • Shipping and delivery costs are not covered.

I. Warranty Period

Cameras, Recorders, Switches, Video Door Phones, Access Control Systems, Smart Locks 24 months (2 years)


II. Warranty Terms:

Products are eligible for free warranty service if:

  • They are within the warranty period.
  • The original barcode remains intact.
  • The defect is caused by manufacturing faults.

III. Warranty Exclusions:

Warranty does not apply to products that:

  • Are out of warranty.
  • Have been repaired or modified without manufacturer authorization.
  • Are damaged by impact, moisture, rust, water, fire, natural disasters, insects, or improper voltage.
  • Have physical damage, oxidation, or broken components.
  • Have missing, altered, or removed warranty labels/barcodes.
  • Shipping and delivery costs are not covered.
